The Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) program is a postgraduate degree designed to provide advanced knowledge, research skills, and specialization in various branches of pharmaceutical sciences. The program focuses on developing expertise in Formulation Development, Quality Assurance, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis, preparing students for careers in research, industry, academics, and regulatory sectors. The course is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, ensuring high academic standards along with practical and research-oriented learning.
Duration
The candidate should be an Indian National and must have passed the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The candidate should have secured minimum qualifying marks as per Government and regulatory norms and candidates are expected to have a valid GPAT score as per prevailing guidelines.
Admission is based on merit through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell / Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.
